El Present Perfect Continuous es uno de los tiempos verbales más útiles para hablar de acciones que comenzaron en el pasado y continúan en el presente, o que acaban de terminar y aún tienen un efecto visible ahora.

¿Qué es el Present Perfect Continuous?

El Present Perfect Continuous se usa para enfatizar la duración de una acción que empezó en el pasado y tiene conexión con el presente.

Estructura básica:
have/has + been + verbo + -ing

Cómo se forma

✔ Afirmativa

Sujeto + have/has + been + verbo-ing

Usos principales del Present Perfect Continuous

1) Acciones que empezaron en el pasado y continúan ahora

Muy común con for y since:

2) Acciones que acaban de terminar con efecto visible

Aunque la acción haya terminado, el efecto se nota ahora:
