Las prepositions of time (preposiciones de tiempo) se utilizan para indicar cuándo ocurre algo. Son palabras esenciales para expresar fechas, momentos del día, duraciones y relaciones temporales entre eventos.
Las más comunes son: in, on, at, aunque también usamos otras como since, for, by, until, entre otras.

.
Se usa para períodos largos o generales:
Meses: in January
Años: in 2020
Siglos: in the 21st century
Partes del día: in the morning, in the afternoon

She always drinks coffee in the morning. (Ella siempre toma café por la mañana.)

.
Se usa para fechas específicas y días:
Días de la semana: on Monday

.
Se usa para horas y momentos específicos del día:
Horas: at 5 o’clock
