El Past Perfect Continuous (pasado perfecto continuo) es uno de los tiempos verbales más avanzados del inglés, pero también uno de los más útiles para expresar acciones que estaban ocurriendo durante un período de tiempo antes de otro momento en el pasado.

¿Qué es el Past Perfect Continuous?

El Past Perfect Continuous se utiliza para hablar de una acción que había estado ocurriendo durante un tiempo antes de otra acción o momento en el pasado.

📌 La atención no está en el resultado, sino en la duración o continuidad de la acción.

1. Para enfatizar la duración de una acción antes de otra acción pasada
